Geexar is a web development company in Saudi Arabia that builds bilingual Arabic and English websites, stores and web applications. Founded in 2018, head office in Riyadh, production team in El Mansoura, Egypt.

Most of what we are asked to build falls into four types. Corporate and institutional sites where multiple departments publish and Arabic/English parity is a requirement rather than a nice-to-have. eCommerce stores, where the money is made or lost in product discovery and checkout. Sector sites for contracting, healthcare and professional services whose job is to prove capability and generate qualified quote requests. And web applications — portals, dashboards and booking systems — that are software projects wearing a website’s clothes.

Every build ships bilingual: Arabic and English, correct RTL layout, and hreflang configured so the two versions support each other in search rather than competing. Published package prices are listed further down this page; anything outside them is quoted after scoping.

Six phases, each ending in something you approve.

1. Discovery. Your goals, your audience, the competing sites, the content you already have and the content that has to be written. Output: a sitemap, a page-type list, and scope split into launch and later phases.
2. Information architecture and content plan. Page structure, navigation, URL structure and the keyword-to-page map, so every page has one job and no two pages compete for the same term. Output: an approved sitemap with a brief per page.
3. Design in Figma. Desktop and mobile designs for each page type, in Arabic and English, with RTL layouts designed rather than mirrored. Output: an approved design set and a reusable component library.
4. Build. Development on the agreed stack with a staging URL available to you from early on. Bilingual content structure, responsive behaviour, forms with proper validation, and analytics and conversion tracking are part of the build, not a later ticket.
5. Testing and pre-launch SEO. Cross-browser and device testing, accessibility checks, form and payment testing, performance work on Core Web Vitals, then metadata, structured data, sitemap, robots, hreflang and redirect mapping from any old URLs. Output: a launch checklist signed off.
6. Launch, training and support. Deployment, DNS and SSL, search engine submission, a training session on the content management system, written documentation, and a monitoring period. Output: a live site your team can actually run.

Redirect mapping matters more than clients expect: a redesign that drops its old URLs loses the rankings those URLs held, and recovering them takes longer than the build did.

• Laravel and PHP when the site is really an application: custom logic, roles, portals, integrations.
• React and Next.js for front ends that need application-grade interactivity, and TypeScript where it earns its keep.

• Figma for design and handoff, GitHub for version control and review in a repository you own.

Standard inclusions on every build: SSL, responsive layouts across phone, tablet and desktop, an editable admin dashboard, official email accounts on your domain, form and enquiry handling, analytics and conversion tracking, image optimisation and WebP delivery, caching, backups, and a training video or session on running the site.

Our Riyadh office at 4171 Al Mashtal St, Al Hazm serves clients across the Kingdom. Riyadh projects are usually corporate and institutional sites where governance matters: multi-department content, Arabic and English parity, accessibility, and integration with existing systems. Jeddah work is more commercial — stores, catalogues and booking sites where checkout and product discovery decide the outcome. In Dammam and the Eastern Province we mostly build contracting, industrial and B2B sites whose job is to prove capability and generate qualified quote requests. Every build ships with Arabic and English versions, correct RTL layout, and hreflang configured properly so the two language versions support each other in search instead of competing. Discovery, review and training sessions can be held on-site in any of the three cities.

Two of our website packages carry published prices, listed on this page: the WordPress Basic plan at 2,000 SR and the WordPress Premium plan at 3,000 SR. Anything beyond them — custom programming, eCommerce with a wholesale channel, portals, integrations, web applications — is quoted individually against a scope, which is why the third option on this page is a price offer rather than a number.

We work in three shapes: a fixed-price package or project, invoiced at milestones against an agreed scope; a phased build for larger sites, where phase one launches and later phases are quoted separately; and a monthly care plan covering hosting oversight, WordPress and plugin updates, security monitoring, backups and a fixed allowance of content change hours. Sites without a care plan are the ones that get hacked, so we would rather you had one.

Our published WordPress packages are 2,000 SR for the Basic plan and 3,000 SR for the Premium plan, both listed on this page. Custom programming, eCommerce and web applications are priced against a scope because the cost is driven by the number of page types, the integrations and the amount of custom logic. A package site moves quickly once content is ready; a custom bilingual build with integrations takes longer, and the single biggest variable is not development — it is how fast content and approvals come back from your side. We commit to a timeline in the proposal and tie it to content delivery dates so both sides know what the dependency is.

Yes, and both properly. Arabic is not a translation layer bolted onto an English design: RTL layouts are designed as RTL, Arabic typography and number formats are handled, and hreflang is configured per URL so Google pairs the two versions instead of treating them as duplicates. This is the single most common thing we find broken on existing Saudi bilingual sites.

That is the point. We build in an editor your staff can use, hand over a training session and written documentation, and structure content so adding a service or a project does not need a developer. If you would rather not touch it, the monthly care plan includes content change hours.

We can. Domains, SSL, official email addresses on your domain and hosting configuration are part of what we set up, and hosting oversight is included in the care plan. You keep ownership of the domain and hosting accounts — we work inside your accounts, not ours.

They are protected if the redesign is done properly and lost if it is not. We map every existing URL to its new equivalent, implement 301 redirects, carry over metadata and structured data, and monitor Search Console coverage for weeks after launch. A redesign that ignores this is how sites lose traffic they spent years earning.
