Digital Marketing Agency in Saudi Arabia
Geexar is a digital marketing agency in Saudi Arabia built around one thing that agencies usually split apart: the people who run your campaigns and the people who build the site the campaigns point at work in the same company. That matters more than it sounds. Most wasted ad budget in the Kingdom is not wasted in the ad account — it is wasted on a landing page nobody can fix quickly, a form that does not report, or a site too slow to survive mobile traffic.
We were founded in 2018, our head office is in Riyadh, and our creative and production team is in El Mansoura, Egypt. That structure is why a campaign, its creative, its landing page and its tracking can all be changed in the same week.
What we run: paid search on Google, paid social on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn, performance-based campaigns where the fee is tied to the results, social media management and content production in Arabic and English, SEO, and the analytics and conversion tracking underneath all of it. Request a quote for a scoped plan.
How a Geexar campaign runs
Six stages, and none of them start with buying media.
- Goals and measurement model. We agree what counts as a result — a qualified lead, a sale, a booking — and what it is worth to you. Then we make sure it is measurable: conversion events, form and call tracking, WhatsApp click tracking, and analytics configured before spend starts. Output: an agreed KPI set and working tracking.
- Audience and market research. Who buys, in which city, in which language, at what point in the decision. Competitor ad and messaging analysis. Output: audience segments and a messaging matrix per segment.
- Channel and budget plan. Channels chosen because they can be measured against your KPI, not because they are fashionable. Budget split by channel, city and campaign objective, with a test allocation held back. Output: a media plan with expected ranges and a testing schedule.
- Creative and landing pages. Ad creative produced in Arabic first where the audience is Arabic-speaking, in several variants for testing, plus landing pages built for the specific offer rather than pointed at your homepage. Output: creative sets, landing pages, and a test plan.
- Launch, tracking and optimisation. Campaigns go live in a controlled structure, then get optimised continuously on the data: bids, audiences, placements, creative rotation, and negative keywords. Output: weekly optimisation log.
- Reporting and iteration. Monthly reporting on spend, cost per result, results by channel and city, and what we changed and why. Output: a report and the next month’s plan.
Channels, platforms and tools
- Google Ads — search, Performance Max, YouTube and remarketing, structured so search intent and display prospecting are never judged by the same metric.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — prospecting, retargeting and catalogue campaigns, with creative tested systematically rather than one image per campaign.
- TikTok and Snapchat — both matter in Saudi Arabia far more than their global share suggests, particularly for retail and consumer brands, and both need creative made for the platform rather than resized.
- LinkedIn for B2B, where the audience is small enough that message and offer decide the outcome.
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for events and conversions, so a lead is recorded once and attributed consistently.
- Search Console and rank tracking, so paid and organic are read together instead of competing for credit.
- Creative production in Figma, with static, motion and video assets produced in-house in Arabic and English.
Landing pages are built by our own web team on WordPress or as React front ends, which is why a page can be rewritten and republished in a day when the data says the offer is wrong.
Three marketing programmes we have run
Oak — furniture retail
Oak, the largest furniture showroom in its market, needed a comprehensive digital marketing campaign to strengthen its digital presence and increase engagement with its target audience. We designed creative content reflecting the brand identity, managed the social platforms to build awareness of the showroom, and ran paid advertising strategies aimed at increasing visitor numbers, with the whole programme built to support Oak’s expansion goals. See the Oak case study.
Tito PlayStation (Teto) — entertainment venue
An integrated marketing programme for a gaming venue: social account management, creative ad design and a general improvement of its digital presence. The work increased awareness and attracted more customers, which translated into higher engagement and more footfall at the venue — the outcome that actually matters for a physical location. See the Teto case study.
Gamaa Center — healthcare clinic
The University Center for Dermatology and Aesthetics needed patient demand, not impressions. We ran effective advertising campaigns, produced engaging creative content, and developed a user-friendly website, with comprehensive marketing strategies and continuous performance analysis. The result was a significant increase in customer engagement and in demand for the centre’s services. See the Gamaa Center case study.

Campaigns across Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam
We plan campaigns city by city rather than treating Saudi Arabia as one audience. Riyadh is the most expensive and most competitive auction in the Kingdom, so budgets there are usually weighted toward high-intent search and remarketing, with creative tested in Arabic first. Jeddah responds better to social and video — retail, hospitality and consumer brands see stronger returns from Meta, TikTok and Snapchat placements there. In Dammam and the Eastern Province the audiences are smaller but cheaper to reach, and B2B and industrial offers convert well on search and LinkedIn. Campaign structures, creative variants and landing pages are separated by city where the volume justifies it, and reporting is broken out the same way. Geexar runs this from its Riyadh office at 4171 Al Mashtal St, Al Hazm, with a production team in El Mansoura, Egypt.
Pricing and engagement models
Media spend is always yours and paid directly to the platforms — we never mark it up or bundle it into our fee, so you can see exactly what reached the auction. Our own fee takes one of three shapes. A monthly management retainer for an agreed scope of channels, creative volume and reporting. A performance-based agreement, where the fee is tied to the results achieved — sales or qualified leads — which is the model our performance marketing service is built around and which only works when the measurement is trustworthy, so we set that up first. Or a project fee for a defined campaign such as a launch or a seasonal push.
Minimum sensible spend depends on the city and the auction: Riyadh search is materially more expensive than Dammam, and a budget too small to gather data is a budget spent on noise. We will tell you the floor for your case before you commit. Request a quote or book a free consultation.
Frequently asked questions
How much should we budget for digital marketing in Saudi Arabia?
It depends on the channel and the city. Riyadh search auctions are among the most expensive in the region, so a Riyadh lead-generation campaign needs a meaningfully larger monthly budget than the same campaign in Dammam before the data becomes reliable. Rather than quote an average, we model expected cost per result for your specific offer and tell you the minimum spend at which optimisation becomes possible.
What does performance-based marketing actually mean?
That our fee is tied to results you agree in advance — sales or qualified leads — rather than to hours or a flat retainer. It only works when the measurement is beyond dispute, so the first phase of any performance agreement is setting up conversion tracking, defining what counts as qualified, and agreeing how disputes are resolved. Media spend remains separate and paid by you.
Which channels work best in Saudi Arabia?
For high-intent B2B and considered purchases, Google search plus remarketing. For retail and consumer brands, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, where Saudi usage is much higher than global averages would suggest. For B2B with a narrow audience, LinkedIn. The honest answer is that it depends on your offer and your city, which is why we hold back a test allocation in every plan.
Do you produce the creative and the landing pages?
Yes, both in-house, in Arabic and English. Static, motion and video creative is produced by our own team, and landing pages are built by the same web developers who build our client sites. That is deliberate: when the data shows the page is the problem, it gets fixed in days rather than in a change-request queue.
Do we own the ad accounts and the data?
Yes. Campaigns run in your own Google, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat accounts with us added as a managed partner, so the account history, audiences, pixels and conversion data stay with you if we stop working together. We do not run client campaigns through an agency account that you cannot take with you.
How often will we hear from you?
A monthly report covering spend, results, cost per result by channel and city, and what changed and why, plus a working call. During launches and tests, weekly. You also get direct access to the accounts and dashboards, because a report you cannot verify is not a report.
